Frank Merrick has facilitated numerous board retreats for many statewide and national nonprofit organizations and is available to help your nonprofit board become highly functional.  With each retreat, Frank and the FMI team will work with you to develop an agenda, facilitate the retreat and prepare the retreat notes to distribute to all attendees. In addition to these services, Frank will visit a board meeting 9 months after the retreat and conduct a progress report to ensure that the organization is moving forward.
